The Buzzy Picko concept brings the guided cargo-box exchange to compact urban work. Prepare the box away from the vehicle, align the carrier, roll it into position, secure it and continue the route.

How the concept works

  1. 01

    Prepare the box

    Load a compatible cargo box on its docking frame and complete the pre-use check before the vehicle approaches.

  2. 02

    Align the vehicle

    Reverse the vehicle into the guided approach so the carrier and waiting cargo box meet in a controlled position.

  3. 03

    Roll on

    Complete the guided movement so the cargo box transfers from the docking frame onto the vehicle carrier.

  4. 04

    Lock and verify

    Check the primary and secondary retention points before the vehicle leaves with its new cargo role.

The operational idea

A cargo box can be prepared while the electric carrier is completing another task. When the vehicle returns, the next compatible box is waiting—turning the body exchange into part of the route plan rather than a long loading stop.

The concept is easiest to understand as a complete system: the waiting box, its docking support, the vehicle carrier and the interfaces that secure them together.
